When can I expect to receive my order?
The estimated shipping of orders are as follows:
- Metro Manila and Luzon areas: 3 to 5 days
- Visayas and Mindanao areas: 5 to 7 days
What are your available methods of payments?
We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Installment plan, E-wallet and Cash on Delivery.
Are your products authentic?
We are the official distributor of all the brands available on our website.
We guarantee that all our products in our shop on Wag World are 100% authentic.
I have a concern with my order. How can I contact you?
We’re so sorry to hear that you may have received the wrong product, or that your item may be damaged.
Please message us on our official Facebook page (Wag World) with your name, order number, details of the concern, and photos of the incorrect/damaged item. We’ll get you taken care of right away.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to help.
Contact us on our official Facebook page as soon as you notice your error. Let us know what you would like to change along with your name and order number. Kindly note that changes to your order are subject to the team's review and approval.
What are your operating hours?
Our working hours are from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (PST) on Mondays to Fridays only.
Offline retail stores follow the operating hours of the respective mall management.
